Hi Tirumal,

The structure SFSY contains all the system related data.

To print the current page in a form you can use PAGE (SFSY-PAGE) field and to print the total number of pages field FORMPAGES (SFSY-FORMPAGES) can be used.

Create a text node and write &SFSY-PAGE&/&SFSY-FORMPAGES& in it. This corresponds to 'current page/no. of pages'

if teh number of pages is too large write &SFSY-PAGE&/&SFSY-FORMPAGES(4ZC)&. This would print upto 1000 number of total number of pages.

Hi.

Are you sure you are using this fields in the correct way?

You have 2 options two add the fields in your text box.

1. Click on the button "'Field list on/off'".

Expand the folder SFSY.

Here you have the system fields you can use in the Smartform, for example &SFSY-FORMPAGES& (total number of pages in the form). You have to drag n' drop the field to the text box.

2. The other way is to click in the "Insert field" button in the text field that you are creating. There you have to write manually the field you want. In your case &SFSY-FORMPAGES&.

Here also you can control the number of character of this field, for example &SFSY-FORMPAGES(Z3)& will show you 3 chars of the field.

Give points if its help.

Cheers,

Oscar.
