https://service.sap.com --> SAP Support Packages -->Support Packages and Patches --> Entry By application group --> NetWeaver --> SAP NETWEAVER -->

SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 --> Entry By Component

There you can find the required components.

or otherwise

you can search components using "Search for Support Packages and Patches"

Wow... some people like to be spoon fed....

Under Download theres a fantastic button called "Search for all categories" -> this will (if the searching criteria is right) magically send you to the download in question... example: search for ST-SER 700 and you'll get the list of SP for ST-SER 700... isn't that cool!
