Hi Ankit,

Please follow the below steps:

1. Create the field in the main table with type=Lookup[PDF].

2. In MDM Data Manager select the PDFs table from the drop down list and right click to add the record.

3. Give the necessary details like Data Group and whether you want to link or store the PDF into the repository then click on Add button to select the PDF you want in the repository.

4. Select the main table from the list there you can see the field that you have created with type Lookup[PDF] which appears along with the qualified tables.

5. Double click on that field and select the data group tab and select the data group that you have used while importing the PDF.

6. All the PDFs of that Data Group will be visible in the Avaialble PDFs pane and you can move the desired PDFs into the selected PDFs pane.

Note: Select the repository properties by right clicking on it and set the Allow Invalid PDFs property to Yes

Reward if found useful

Hi Ankit,

Import from file option will be enabled when you want to import Images,Sounds and Videos.

Import from File : To reimport or replace an object using the same data group and language layer as the original file, you can use the “Import from File” and “Replace from File” commands, which skips the Reimport/Replace Object dialog.
