is there a possibility to handle 2 Customers in one Solution Manager in diffrent client´s ?

I have a problem by insert a User / Cusomer Number and Contact person in Transaktion AISUSER

the follwoing error message is shown:

Message no. AI_SC_EN093

Diagnosis

Partner number 000xxxxx20 was not found in table AICONTACTS.

whats wrong ?
