Urgent issue : communcation channel montior

HI ALL,

Plz help me to solve this .

i am not able to see any cc in PROD RWB cc monitor .

whereas i am able to see in DEV & quality system.

Why in prod i am not able to see any cc .

any configuration issue ?

Hi Brunda Reddy

when you install XI first time you adpters are not visible> For this in your installation CD find the SAP BASIS component file

this file has extension .TBZ

copy this file and paste into the folder named repository inside your import directory on your machine drive

then go to repositry and click on import

After this you will be able to see all the adapters

hope this will solve your problem

Hi,

another point to check:

Go to "RWB > Cache Monitoring" (on the right)

and then choose:

.. - Cache server = Integration Server (Central Adapter Engine)

.. - Cache object = Channel.

Then click on "Search" button. Do you see your CC ?

(normally it's yes)

I am not able to see any cc in this path also.

this is first time our xi system is set up .

some parameters are missed while setting ?.

why no cc are visable in the RWB prod . where as i am able see in dev & quality

Hi,

And in the abap part of XI, when you go to SXI_CACHE

1. do you see your CC inside the Tree ?

2. and in the menu "GoTo > Adapter Engine Cache". Have you an entry ? an error ? or what else ?

hi all,

In my RWB central adapter engine is showing yellow colour .

there is problem in cache refresh.

Hi,

First run your scenario and then goto RWB-Compo moniAdapter Engine--CC monitor

Provide the Name of the CC in CC monitor and say Filter.

Then tel us the error which u r facing

Hi,

Thats what i said , dont go for Input help.

Just type the exact CC name for which you Ran the Scenario and clik on Use filter
