PO with ref to multiple PR

Hi All,

Can anybody tell me how to create one PO with ref to multiple PR?

If one PR is MRP generated and one PR is from past date and manual how to combine those PR in one PO?

Hi

Use automatic PO creation using tcode ME59N.

By this you can club multible PRs into single PO.

But for doing this some settings are needed in material master and vendor master i.e Automatic PO should be ticked in vendor master and material master,source list should be maintained

if one pr is mrp genrated and one pr is manual , can we combine both of them?

yes it is possible but the vendor should be the same .you can check it out by maintaining 2 prs with same pr.

WITH THE HELP OF T.CODE ME59 HERE SYSTEM CONVERTS ALL THE OPEN pr WITH SAME VENDOR.
