quotation to sales order

hi

When sales order is created with reference to quotation it should be one to one only but it is taking one to many so where do we control this can anyone help me on this.

Ideally, SAP standard functionality is untill complete quantity is referenced, it will allow to create further sales order with reference to quotattion. This can be controlled through Item Category at Quotation level i.e AGN through T.Code VOV7. It is recommended to copy item category AGN as, say ZAGN & maintain Completion rule as 'A' - 'Item is completed with the first reference'
