deployment error

When I am deploying webdynpro application into local j2ee engine to test , It is giving error like below

15/04/2008 12:25:11 /userOut/deploy (com.sap.ide.eclipse.sdm.threading.DeployThreadManager) [Thread[Deploy Thread,5,main]] ERROR:

[004]Deployment aborted

Deployment exception : Cannot determine sdm host (is empty). Please configure your engine/sdm correctly !

halfanhour back , I am able to deploy....now I am unable to do.

Please suggest me how to configure engine/sdm correctly?

Hi,

In J2EE Engine , right click on the SDM option and select "Disable process". After refreshing , click "Restart process" in SDM.Then deploy the code.

Hi Koti,

Please first check your SDM is configured or not. you can check at

J2EE engine view.

Windows->show view->j2ee engine.

if SDM is not visible there then go and check SDM configuration at

Window->preferences-> SAP J2EE Engine.

If everything is right then. On server check SAP MMC. may be server is down or license is expired. You can contact server administration
