Services\CSAgent' does not exist on the 'localhost' host. - Install'n error

Hi All,

While installing SAPNW2004sJavaSP9_Trial on my laptop i am getting the following message and am not able to complete the installation.

MOS-01185 The subkey 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CSAgent' does not exist on the 'localhost' host.

can any one please tell me what might be the issue and how can the same be resolved?

Hi,

Please check if the user being used for installation is a part of the "Administrators" group. Also if the regsitry key mentioned on the error is available and the installation user has full access over it.
