As I know you can use JSP (J2EE) with NetWeaver. But can you
use other cgi-methods like perl, binaries and so on? And if,
how to do it?

this depends less on the availbaility of the server to forward a call the right way, which is configurable (as far as I remember at least on the java side). More important is how the according program will run. If it is available as a servlet that should be no problem. Also external programs may be possible.
For sure this works if you connect a standard web server with the system and place it in front of the NetWeaver.
