XI Transport Process

Hello

Can anyone please help me with the detailed process for taking care of transports in IR & ID

I am listing the steps based on the process we use which I know please correct me if I am wrong

IR

Tools-> Export Design Objects -> Select Source

Software Component Version -> abc

Mode -> Transport Using File System

Now under the Select objects we have 3 options

1) All objects of a software component version

2) All objects of individual namespaces

3) Individual Objects

Now if I select the all objects under individual namespaces option then do I have to release all the activated change lists for transports by right clicking on them before selecting the appropriate namespace.

Easy way to do this..

first select the software component then do a tools ---> export design objects that way you are concerning yourself with one swcomp, unless your scenario spans a couple of software componenets.
