Offline Approvals

Hello Friends,

I want to know how the offline approvals works in SRM system.. I have a requirement to send the mail along with workitem to Lotus notes where the approval take the decision with in the lotus notes itself not login into SRM system. Is this possible in SRM system?

Email client should support HTML or plain text mail. I heard very old version of Lotus Notes does not support HTML mail. Please check your Lotus Notes version.

As far I know, you don't get the option to approve or reject right from there. But I have heard that thru' some application like VB or something you develop an user interface to approve directly. Just a thought.

Anther one is use Desktop Workplace.
