How do I view the Calendar of Other Users?

is there a way to view the calendar of another user when I am in my user ID?

In Business one you do not have this functionality. The calender is User specific.

You can configure your "daily view" of "your calendar" as a "group view". Then, in the "form settings" button of that view, you can define the users that you want to include in the group view - up to a maximum of 7 users including yoursefl -.

Remember that the calendar view only shows 3 types of activities: telephone call, meeting and other; thus, you could view the appointments of your defined group for a specific day.

So both SBO and Outlook.
