VPRS ZPRS Standard cost

Former Member

Hi there we are using an additional standard cost ZPRS for a calculation with in the SD pricing. The standard cost is updated each month. Our SD calulation looks at the current selling price and if this is lower than the standard cost (ZPRS) the price used is ZPRS if the selling price is higher then the selling price is used.

We also do retrospective orders, these have delivery dates and pricing dates in the past. But when we price the order the ZPRS is set as of today, is there way this can be made to also look in the past the same as the normal PR00 etc.

Regards

Steve

Hi

The scenario is very interesting. As per my understanding of the scenario, you want the back orders to consider the past condition records while determining the condition values. It can be done, but both the conditon types' records (PR00 and VPRS) are compared for a given date. One condition record of present and one condition record of past cannot be compared.

You can try using the field 'Price Type' in Copy Controls Functionality. This is only a clue.

Finally, when your issue is solved, please donot forget to post the answer.

Thanks,

Ravi

SAP has provided a condition base value formula to check the cost based on the pricing date and not the current date.

Please check the OSS.
