Dear Ragu,
You can use standard transaction VA05 to get requirement.
Go to transaction VA05 enter the material if you want sales orders list which are not delivered then select open sales orders
If you want both then select All orders system will display the details for the all sales orders in the detail screen you can find Status field based on this you can find wether that order havinig delivery or not.
If the sles order having the delivery system will show completed as status.
If the sles order not having the delivery system will show not delivered* as status.
