Hi All
I have two unresolved issues. I've installed the service desk, change management etc. but cannot log the call from the satelite system
Secondly solution manager have a web based service desk management dashboard. Have anybody manage to get this going

Currently we are accessing the service desk via SAPW GUI but I have seen where all is done via the portal.

And this happens when you send the message? Is your table BCOS_CUST configured in the satellite system?

This is done using "Worksets" (as of support package 15) - check

Well - we unfortunately don´t have a magic ball to see, why it´s not working. Please tell us what you do in your satellite system and what error you get.
