Inspection Lot Tab in QA32

HI Gurus

I have a problem,

When i conduct customer return and conduct sales order inspection , in QA32 I am not getting "Inspection Lot Stock"

tab.So I am not able to do the stock posting.

Please help me in configuring the tab so that I can do the stock postings.

As Colin stated, as delivered using 06 inspection type, it is not stock relevant.

SAP has an alternate scenario however. You can change the inspectio type on the delivery returns items to "05" and create a stock relevant 05 inspection lot.

This is explained in the SAP help files.

Hi Praveen,

Please see my response to the thread created in other response for the detail. Simply put, 'Customer Returned' material does not get posted to Quality Inspection stock for valuation reasons. Therefore, there is no stock posting option from the Usage Decision. It is not configurable just sensible.

Dear Praveenkumar,

As per to my knowledge for that particular material number inspection type 06 - Inspection for returns from customer should be made

active.Check whether its active ,otherwise I dont think a lot will be created for this customer returns.

Hi,

What is the insp type you are using ?

If you are using stock relevant insp type , you will get stock posting tab.

Also check your settings in Material master setup for 'Post to insp stock" indicator.
