SU01 - History change

Hi,

Our Client would like to know all the changes which are made in the SUO1 Tab..

Eg : if the user has changed the address.. Our client would like to know which user has changed it, what part of address filed he has changed and at what time..

Similarly for other tabs in SU01..

Is there a way we can accompolish the task..

You want see the changes details for users, like T.Code SU01, U see thru SUIM ( User Information System) then click Change documents for users. may be u can get all details from this T.Code SUIM.

Hi,

It is possible to get the user history from tables USH02,USH04,USH10 and USH12.

As already mentioned Security Team have the authorizations

to change the information in user master records.

With the profiles change,the roles can be identified in PFCG and also the user.

Use SUIM - Change Documents - here we get all information, Preveiously what info changed in SU01.

Thanks for your quick reply But in SUIM we get info regd the Password change , lock ,user , profile addition and deletion.

But our client requirement is that they would also like to know the changes made to the Address tab,defaults and roles tab in SU01.

They would also like to know whether it is possible to get the user history from table or report level..

try SUIM , also you can try through report RSUSR200

HI

Not All would have access to T-Code SU01 except Basis Admin. The users can have access to change their address info.

To get info abt a user what changes he has made. . U could go to su01 . enter that user id and under Information Tab select --> Change Documents for Users.

Our end users has access to SU01 and other than TC : SUIM is there any way where we can get the desired solution..

As mentioned before noone but Basis should have access to SU01... Users can change ther data via System -> User Profile -> Own Data.

All of our end users have access to SU01 but our client wants to know which user has made changes in SU01 , to which tab and at what time and by which user..

Team is there a way to get the record of all the chages made to one particular user..

Hi,

Not sure about getting the changes to you automatically, but you can check who has accessed the transaction su01 in the tcode st03n.

As far as i know the other users should not be able to change the things in su01, they should have the authorization for su3 so that they can maintain the details about there own user id.But SU01 auth should not be given to all the user.
