Approval substitute gives error

Hi,

When manager A sends his approvals to manager B, manager B recives an email with a link. When the manager B presses the link he gets a ST22 dump:

*ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION*

*The ITS service "BBP_BGRD_APP" had to be terminated because the Web AS has sent*

*the following error message:*

*Error message: " Transaction EXEC is unknown"*

*Message type: "E"*

Also if he looks in SO01 at the work item the total value is 0.

Have we set somthing up wrong?

Hello,

You may have problem with authorizations.

Try to run transaction bbp_bgrd_approval for the manager B (in sapgui) and su53 to see if something is missing.
