Authorizations

Two authorization objects were created for Credit Management:

V_VBUK_FRE

V_KNKK_FRE

Authorization objects are included in the standard SAP profiles. If you want to use the authorization objects in a different way than in the standard version, you must adapt them using authorization maintenance and enter them in individual user profiles if necessary.

If you are looking for restricting the permission of using some transaction for credit related activities then you can assign only those transactions to the user in their roles as per the requirements. Like for example if you dont want certain user to access VKM3 which is used to release orders on credit hold then dont allow it in their user role.
