Billing Block Orders

Hi All,

I am haveing a problem related to billing block. There are orders which are getting billing blocks in the header level and item level by some user, Also my understanding is both these users are not a real user, meaning the blocks were added or removed by the system for some reason. System should not put any billing blocks on header or item level, and we need to figure out how to fix it so it won't happen again. it is adding and removing the billing block automatically through this users.There are thousands of orders coming through every day, so we don't have the resource to manually removing blocks for every order.

Please let me know how we can prevent this.

hi abib,

You need to create one order type and remove Billing Block in Billing

goto IMG -- > Sales -- > Sales doc header -- > Define sales doc type.

No this is been doing by the system i wont to konw how this is happning automatically.and how can i prevent this.
