For rebate settlement, I created a credit memo request manually. But I don't see accruals getting reduced. Did i miss something?

In rebate agreement type, be sure to indicate that the system must reverse accruals. This will ensure the system will ensure the system will reverse the accruals up to the amount specified in the manual payment.
