Assembly folder

Our Assembly folder gets full as each time we do an assembly of ESS MSS components it occupies almost 1 GB memory.

What do we do with these archives in the assembly folder. Do we need to take a back-up and store them else where?

What is the genral strategy that is followed

Any pointer to documentaiton or SAP note on thsi would be veyr helpful to define a company wide stratagy in general

Hi Raj,

If you do assemble all at once, it will get failed due to memory problem. You need to go Dc by Dc. If you want you can take a back up but not required.

Hi,

Yes, for NWDI you need to have good amount of space, also you can always take the backup of the SCA file after assembling.

Did you installed NWDI on a different Box all togather?

Thanks,

Hi Praveen,

How can I just select the DC that I wantto migrate. Lets say, I changes just the US address DC, can I just assemble and import into QA, just the US address DC? If so how do I do that. In the assemble tab, i dont think we have an optio like that or am i missing soemthing here
