Text determination

Greetings

I need a clarification on Text determination

I have a text maintained in quotation , which is Copied into order. Client wants that text copied in the order should not be chnaged , overwritten , means it should be in display mode. How to configure for this

Hi

As you need to do text determination here , go to VOTXN and

in text id in text procedure maintain as a reference , so the text is copied from the preceddeing document and it just displays

this text generaly maintained by Tcode:SO10-

why your client dont want to change it-

if the text is fixed and specific to doc type-

then suggest to maintain in output script-

so at the time of order confirmation - this would print and will be available in SO-

even user make any changes wont effect in output- as the text will copied from SO10- text record.
