Dear Team,
I have maintained standard intervels for service desk ineternal
number range 01 and external number range 02.
01 0000000001 0000999999
02 9999000000 9999999999
I have maintained in the SLFN transaction type.Inthe DNO_NOTIF also I
have maintained 01 number range.The error is if I create any ticket
from satelite system the system is not taking external number range
02,it's taking internal number range.

Hi,
When you creatre messages from the satellite the system first creates a Basis Notification.
This basis notification uses it's own number range.
Check in tcode DNO_CUST01 which numberrange has been assigned for Notification Type SLF1.
I do not know the exact tcode for customizing the numberrange for basis notifications, but you can find it in the IMG.
