Help!! Want guide/PDF for ITS

Hi Friends,

I am very new to ITS. I need to work on this. I am looking for stuff like PDFs/DOCs where i can quickly get into the basics of ITS and from there i can go ahead.

If any one knows the links, having PDF's then please let me know.

Really thanks for your help.

Could you send me the links which would give information for the DEVELOPER who uses ITS. Whereas the link you sent is for ADMINISTRATOR.

Actually, i need to implement ESS/MSS. and i came to knw is that it wouldbe based on ITS.

Hi Raghavendra,

If you are looking for ESS/MSS your best bet would be to look right here in SDN.

On the home page go to the Portal Content Portfolio on the right hand side..then select browse content portfolio.

choose self service for ESS & Line manager for MSS..

Once there, you will find very good info
