There is not ASCII adapter in XI. its a file type which is supported in XI.

We dont have any ASCII Adapter in XI
What you are talking abt is the ASCII Format file.
Normally this ASCII format we will handle in EDI standards
If you are able to tel the requirement we can suggest the solution for that.
