Role Transport in R/3 or BI

Can anyone tell me the steps to transport role in R/3 or BI system.

Hi,

Using PFCG - Select the role - click the Transport Button ( Truck )

Create the new Request - Release & Transport to production.

The for R/3 for Single role Transport.

Be sure to know how your basis team has set up the transport system before transporting yourself!

and what are the procedures, do you release or basis. Also be sure to understand the transport naming convention!!!

Hi,

You also have to transport the authorizations you made with transaction RSECADMIN. In the first screen you see the transport button and the rest speaks for its own. So you have to transport the roles (PFCG, mass or single transport) and the authorizations with RSECADMIN.

Hi,

we will do it by using transport and second one we will directly down load role from system and upload Roles in to the system where ever you want and generate it once after uploading role.

i think u know how to transport ....
