I try to know more about complaint. Can somebody tell me how to implement Complaint Management?

In CRM 5.0, complaints management is as follows:
Complaints is a transaction type :CRMC & CRD with the Leading business transaction category :BUS2000120
from a complaint the following actions can be triggerred
However if an in house repair has to be done the transaction type is an in house repair order
