How to send multiple request from file to BAPI

Hi

I have a scenario where i am sending the multiple file ( file contains the material Request) to BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY.

I am receiving multiple files containg the single materials request. In XI i have to collect the all the files and send it to BAPI one request at a time and get the response back. How we do that without using the BAPI

yes i am picking up the file one by one with different material no ...the request has to go to BAPI

and response should come back with materail availability..

Is this possible that we put all the materail No in 1 file and and process 1 materail no at a time and sends the response back to the file from the BAPI
