We're going to run xMII v12 on Linux. Is migrating across operating systems an issue for the migration tool? I'm assuming the fact that v12 is sitting on Netweaver makes the underlying operating system a non-issue as far as the migration process is concerned.
No, the migration tool effectively goes through the folder structure and files to do http posts into the catalog service. Windows files posted into the http NW destination will work just fine.
