BPC 5.1 SP1 Issue with Office Client Install using SMS

We are creating an SMS package to install BPC 5.1 SP1 office client using EverestClient.exe (setup). According to Master & Installation Guide, pages 32 and 33, we should be able to record a response file. However, setup (EverestClient.exe) does not accept the response file, it pauses to ask which language to use for the install. All other prompts are answered as expected by the response file.

How can we create an SMS package that will install silently and not pause for language? I have posted this to product support as an issue, but the initial response is that they do not provide detailed information about how to setup SMS packages.

Seems to be resolved in SP03. We got the SMS package, including response file, from support and the install is silent, as we want.
