charm documentation please

hi

We are in the beginning stages of setting up ChaRM service desk smd and blue printing in Solution Manager 4.0 sp15.I am looking for a step-by-step guide to do the configuration. There are many documents available that provide lots of information, but none that give the steps necessary to do the setup. could you guys please send me the documentation
