Case Sensitivity @ XI

Hi Experts,

why is it absolutely necesary to pay attention on case sensitivity while working with XI?

Example:

JDBC Adapter: Select statement has LineName and the Data type where its used has Linename, this will not work if you dont change one of them.

Does anyone know why its like that? Has it something to with Java? Internal working with Java?

JDBC Adapter is a java component

so take care of case
