WS20000081 - Correct Approver name is not shown (SAP 4.7 - Enterprise)

Hi,

I have the following problem.

A Person e.g. named "Peter Smith" has changed its system-user in infotype 0105 (subtpye 0001).

E.G. 01.01.2007-31.03.2008 USER_OLD

01.04.2008-31.12.9999 USER_NEW

If I starts in ESS the service WS20000081, I can select an approver by a approver list.

In a correct case I would expect that the name "Peter Smith" should be shown in the approver list .

But instead only the user USER_OLD is shown.

Because the USER_OLD is not available, the programme cannot find a name.

But even if I delete the old record the result is still the same: USER_OLD instead of Peter Smith.

So I think there is another table which is not updated when a user is deleted. What is the name of this table and how can I correct then shown approver list?

I fear you will not get helpful ideas in this forum. This is

definitely not an ITS issue.

Isn't there a forum for this ESS related questions?
