Hi Experts,
Can someone tell me where actually the Business Warehouse lie in the SAP?
Is it part of SAP , if no then can the connectivity be maintained between It and XI?

BW lies on second layer of Netweaver i.e Information Integration and PI on third layer i.e Process Integration
Yes, the connectivity can be maintained using RFC, Proxy, File System, Databases.
Various options are available.

Businesswarehouse(BW) also known as BI is located in the "Information"layer of the SAP Netweaver stack..
it is possible to communicate from sAP BI with XI using proxies
