Service Desk/SLA: automatic assignment of products to Service Desk messages

Hi!

I would like to how how to customize the area of Service Desk message (e.g. deleting or add some additional tabs)?

Furthermore I would like to know how can I automatically assign a service message to SLA?

Hi!

I would like to set up the messages with transaction type ZLFN.

The service message looks as follows:

Item Details --> Services --> Contract Data. After the tab "Contract Data" i would like to add a tab e.g. "CMDB"

Do you also know how to see automatically the the SLA'a data under "Contract Data"?

The SLA's data should be read from standard product "SUPPORT_HOTLINE"

Do you have perhaps some docu with sreen shots for this setup?
