organisation change

Dear All

One user is moved from one organisaton to other organisation within the EBP org structure.

Now she is uable to process the PO's which are created earlier when she is in the previous organisation. Even she is uable to take the printout of the purchase order which is created when she is in old organisation.

1. Is it because of organisation change or any other reason?

2. If it is due to the ornisation change then what is the

alternative to process old purchase orders.

Hi Krish,

1. This is because of the org change the user cannot able to process the old PO's.

2. You need to assign the organisational responsibility( In the Responsibility tab) for the respective Pur group where the user is assigned.
