Multiple SAPscript forms in SD customising

Anyone know why you can set up multiple SAPscript forms and print programs in SD customising (e.g. Order confirmations)? What happens if you add more than one processing entry in the customising?

Hi,

Actually a single SAP Script itself is designed to accomodate various scenarios based on calling form routines.

Form routines pass the required parameters according to the scenario, hence u find the many form routines to the single Script.

Hope this wat u expected!!

Thank you.

At runtime, how does the application program/transaction (VA01) know/decide which processing routine to use?

hi,

Double Click on the form Routine In NACE under

Application Type>output Type>Processing Routines.

Here there are options for giving multiple form name and program name.

The form given in processing One Will be executed First then next on.

Reward if helpful

Hi,

Goto transaction NACT, give V1 as application type. This ll list u all the output types assigned.

Choose one of those output type and double click the processing routines on the left pane. This ll leads to u screen where u can find program name, form routine name and script/smartfrom name.

Prabhu
