Automatic prolongation of a SD contract

Hi everyone,

I have a very special problem.

I'd like to automatically prolong a contract in ECC 6.0 as long a a secific user status is set but I have no idea how.

Has anyone some experience with contract prolongation?

I remember the settings are avaialable in contract profile configuration. Please check in the path ...

hi

i think that you need to control that is a user status is set then the system should not be able to assign a cancellation procedure to the sales header.

in user exit MV45afzz save prepare form just write the code that if the status is one value then cancellation procedure should be blank

then it can be controled.

Created a seperate program that runs every day to prolong all contracts that end within the next 2 weeks for about 1 month.
