Dear Sir/Madam,

We are facing problem in Workflow.

In Tata Steel We have Implemented 5 Level Workflow Approval.

But at the Time of Approval of 5 th Level (Final level) Approval Button(Green Button) appearing as Gray So that Approver is not able to Approve the Shopping Cart.

Please help , its very critical problem we have analyzed the problem but not able to solve.

hi,

does this happen with all the shopping carts? or with some shopping carts?

if you are not able to see the approve button in approval inbox overview , please open the details check wether the approve button is available in details......

for the time being , you can use the approval button in the details....

Did you implemented 'N' level Badi ? If not and has extended the 2 level std WF to 5 level, please check whether you have added an entry of your custom Std task in SWL1 with EC_DECISION.
