urgent requirement : Shoping cart creation/modification/cancellation

Hi experts,

I have a requiement where i have to create/modif/ cancel a shoping cart in SRM.

The data will be recieved from ellipse system and will be processed in SRM for creation of a shoping cart.

1.Direct contract purchasing which includes (legacy terms for service orders, field release orders, goods orders and non-order contracts) that have to be linked back to a contract for call off.

2.Free text items – Will be raised in Ellipse, including the preferred vendor, and passed to SRM in order to create an ‘incomplete shopping cart’. On receipt of the ‘incomplete cart’, it will go to Transactional Sourcing to source as appropriate.

Is there any BAPI/BADI can be used to create a shoipng cart?

Is there any standrad idoc which can be used?

How this can be intergrated?

What is a free text items?

I have found BAPI "BBP_PD_SC_CREATE"
