We are using the PFAL to replicate users in the SRM system.
The IDOC get to SRM and we are using BD87 to process the Inbound IDOC in SRM.
When we replication Employees (PERNR) the sytem creates a CP and BP, all this is good.
The issue is that the system sends out an email from the SRM system with the Employees PERNR number.
Example:
Email Subject : Please check employee 00019845.
Alert ID: ##03896##
Please check employee 00019845.
Possible Subsequent Activities
We are not able to control this email even by turning off Email Send in SCOT.
Is there some other configuration which controls this.
Thanks
Sanjay
I am not sure if you have tried this, but the following has worked for me in different situation.
goto SCOT
Expand INT Internet
click on SMTP
in the pop up input box -> uncheck the option "node in use"
Make sure you delete the emails before checking the "node in use" option again
