doubt while creating Interface determination

Hi,

I want to create new configuration scenario in ID which is similar already existing one but software component is different.

After creating Comm. Channel, while i create Interface determination i could not see all the interfaces .

It is showing only one interface... the existing interface for that configuration scenario only

Give some idea to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Delete the search critera in the pop up box where you select the interfaces.

Then you would see all the interfaces.

hi,

I did not give any search criteria..just i selected service only.

then i try to select interface..it is giving only the existing interface only.

Ruban,

When you choose the service, it by defualt comes with a selection criteria.

Just hit the Delete Criteria Button above the search result list....

also ensure the interface selection radio button is on All rather than From Business System

I followed as you said..even i am facing same issue.

Main issue what i have now is I have 2 similar name Message Interface in two different software components.

now i want to get message interface which is available in another software Component.

Hi Ruban,

If possible check if the namespace provides any hints as to which interface to select.

For example

abc.com\Maintenence

abc.com\Reporting
