Back orders in VBUP table

Folks,

Can you tell me how to determin Backorders in VBUP table. Which status indicator tells us that a particular order is a back order. Your answers are higly appreciated.

Hi raj

VBUP is the table for sales order status but is VBFA you can see upto billing and accounting even sales order is getting processed or completed also

Check the VBFA table which is for sales document flow . if the sales order is open then we can say that the order is open

Another option is VA05 which is a report which tells that all open orders are available. so all these open orders come into back orders when stock is not there in the plant
