"Setting" URL after logon to SRM as an Employee

Hi Gurus,

By default I can't see "Settings" between "Help" and "Logoff" URL on the first page when I logon as an employee.

But I can see it when I logon as SRM Admin.

It seems to me that I have to do "something" with the profile assigned to an Employee. But I am not sure what should I do ?

Hope you are using composite role only

SAP_BBP_STAL_employee

the link "settings" is available for internal employees (admin, employee, purchasers etc) of organisation

to change personal details (name, contact details, etc.).

But not available for external business partners like bidders.

pl check whether your yr is consistent in org structure in USERS_GEN

also check authorisation in SU53

if you are in test system

try giving sap_all to the employee user.
