PR's replication from R/3 to EBP

Hi,

We are using Plan driven procurement and bidding with Extended classic scenario.

1. I can able to transfer some of the PR's which were raised in R/3 to EBP.some of the PR's are not able to transfer through BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER report eventhough having the same material group and purchase group but those are storing in table EPRTRANS in R/3. Can anybody give me the solution.

Hi,

If the entry for your PR is found in EPRTRANS table then the problem could be with one of the following. Please check these and try to resend it.

1. Clear the Outbound Que -SMQ1 in R/3

2. Make sure Transfer date what you give while executing the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER is same as Delivery date in PR.

3. Make sure profile set in table V_T160EX for the combination of Material group and Pur group and that profile is added in Table V_T160PR
