Lifecycle Designer not opening in NWDS

I installed Adobe LiveCycle Designer v 7.1.

When I edit the interactive form from NWDS v 7.0.09, it says "could not find the required product, Install adobe Live cycle designer".

What could be the problem? Any help please.

Hi Sarah,

Do uninstall the NWDS and reinstall it. This will resolve your problem, as NWDS requires lifecysle designer to be installed before it is installed.

for this we

Required:->

1. Acrobat Reader\Adobe7.0…or higher

2. Adobe Life Cycle Designer For SAP.

3. Adobe Document Service.

4. for working with ADS with we need credential installed in server.

first 3 are necessary for lifeCcle designer to open.

Try opening the .exe file in the Designer folder directly and then check out in NWDS.

I could open the designer.exe separately. But the problem exists when I try to open in NWDS.

Hi Sarah,

Seems issue with the registry entries for Life Cycle Designer. Please uninstall all instances of Life Cycle designer and try installing it again.
