Need to print a Drawing document along with PO

We have a requirement where we need to check out a file from the DMS and then print the same

When the PO is printed, this checked out file also needs to be printed along with it.

Is there any design in place-as to how it can be done..

Is it possible to check out the file to an application server path and then issue print command on that checked out file

or

is there any other design logic

Any inputs/clues is highly appreciated.

Hi, you can take the print for po directly, need some development.

DMS is link to material master and material master is link to the po. or you can assign doc to the prt also.(Here po is process oreder or production order ?)

Hi-

I am not sure what would work for you since I don't know how the drawings are "attached" to the PO. (Material number object links? Or entered manually under the documents button...)

But you could use BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST to make a custom tab in the PO line item...
