Hi,

You can delete a sales order, but it is not advicable to do so. You can reject the order by giving a reason for rejection.

Once you reject the order it will get closed.

Use transaction code SARA for deletion of sales order but as every body said it is not recommended as it might affect the documents made against it and also the master data.

So its better to reject the sales order.

You can delete the SO..but why it is not advisable to delete the sales order is that it can raise questions during auditing time if number range is missing in between...plus many a times credit can also get blocked...better to make the line item zero and then save that order.

Hi

Yes, you can delete a sales document. Open the sales order, menu-sales document-Delete.

But, it is not recommended to delete any document, instead you cancel it.
